Christian was extremely helpful today for my oil change. I had misplaced my Service Card and he honored it for the cost of my oil change. The service was quick, easy, and Christian had amazing customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I would absolutely recommend this location for top notch service!

I brought my Mercedes-AMG C43 in for an oil change at the Poway location on December 12, 2025. That shop installed 0w-30 I realized after getting home. For Mercedes-AMG vehicles, the Operator’s Manual specifies using only SAE 0W-40 or SAE 5w-40 (see attached images). After the service I noticed the engine sounded slightly noisier, so I returned the next day to have it corrected. I brought it to this location instead due to the fact this is close to my house, whereas the other was near my job. Also because the other location was not professional at all (cursing under their breath at other customers while helping me). Anyways, staff called the regional manager Todd, but I was told they would not make it right unless I paid again (~$150) even though the oil was installed the day prior. I’m not reviewing this based on “opinions from the internet.” I’m reviewing it based on the vehicle’s published service guidance for AMG viscosity and the refusal to just make it right especially for a new customer. If the shop believes 0W-30 is appropriate for my specific VIN/engine, they should be willing to provide written documentation from Mercedes that supersedes the AMG viscosity guidance not just a generic third party system recommendation. So if you drive a performance Mercedes/AMG, verify the viscosity and MB approval on the invoice before you leave. And before you ask why not change it myself or take to Mercedes, I just moved here so don't have access to tools/lift or I would've and the dealership gauges for simple oil changes, so I thought this would be a simple service. I thought wrong.

No Doubt OIL CHANGERS are the BEST OIL CHANGERS IN TOWN in all sense, Specially for a Minicouper Owner where the Rest of the Places will charge a little fortune for overrated crappie services or won't be able to do it I was lucky enough to get the Parker the Manager and he did FULL Complimentary Multi-point Inspection" o Courtesy Check that included CHECKING and FILLING UP (as needed) ALL the Fluids: Coolant Reservoir, Power Steering Steering Fluid, Fuel System Service, Oil System Cleaner, Air Filter, Belts, Washer Fluid, , Brake Fluid, Battery, Wash Wndshield, Lights, Under Hood, Under Vehicle, Wiper Blades, Tire Pressures, Lubrication Points, Torque Drain Plugs and FREE TOP OFF Before Three Months and 3000 miles! And On Top of Everything, Parker gave me and applied a $50 Dollar Coupon!!! I Would Have Given a 10 Stars RATE, but they give us a Maximun of 5 Stars!!!

⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating 1000! Oil Changers – 3760 Gaines St, Point Loma San Diego, CA I had my car’s oil changed about 30 days ago and was assisted by two absolutely exceptional professionals. The service provided by these two employees was outstanding! I was welcomed with respect, attention, responsibility, and great care. Everything was done with precision, transparency, and right on time. It’s rare nowadays to find service with this level of quality and these two team members delivered outstanding service. I have a fleet of cars, and after this experience, I will continue bringing all my vehicles to this location. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will keep recommending it. Paul and Arthur were great! I had a great experience getting my oil changed! The gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even gave me helpful recommendations on how to keep things cost-effective. I also appreciated that they were honest about the services they don’t offer and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed elsewhere. Overall, it was a smooth, professional experience, and I definitely look forward to coming back next time!
