Quick, Honest, and Great Customer Service!! I stopped by Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change for a full synthetic oil change, and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. The team was friendly, fast, and very clear about what they were doing. They walked me through everything step-by-step without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, the staff was respectful, and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Prices were fair for the quality and speed of service, and they even checked my fluids, tire pressure, and filters. Overall, I had a smooth and trustworthy experience. I’d definitely come back for my next oil change.

These guys are great- very efficient and friendly service. The first fella was nice but I asked about the 18dollar off coupon I had just downloaded and he kinda dissed me on that. The second fella , Tyrell, was really good- he explained everything being done, showed me what else was suggested / needed but wasn't at all hard sell or pushy. Service was more pricey than expected but that seems to be true of many things these days. Overall it was a good experience.

I had a really great first time customer experience at Oilstop on October 30, 2025. The team was professional, thoughtful, and made the oil change process go smoothly. Manager Eric Plasola went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly, and Service writer David Anguiano along with Lube Tech Cris Rojo were all very helpful and informative. They helped me with my transmission service and showed me how dirty it was, they walked me through the service notes clearly, and made sure I understood what was recommended for my vehicle’s maintenance. It was a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience overall. Highly recommend this location and their team for excellent service and customer care!

I’ll review this by points. 1. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient, and eager to upsell. 2. I appreciate that the staff took the time to properly check all four tires and refilled my coolant which was low. 3. The oil change was fast and their confidence in their work left me feeling assured of good work being done to my car. 4. They offer a better overall experience with their services. The staff are clean, the workplace is clean, they offer small additional services like lubricating door hinges free of charge, and they don’t waste your time. I was in and out in under fifteen minutes. Wonderful experience at this location, will be returning for future services.

Looking to get an oil change, you must try this place at least once. This place is truly amazing. As soon as I pulled up a really nice guy came, welcomed me then said, "would you like something to drink"... They had me at hello... The whole time I was there the guys kept telling me what they were about to do, showed me the filter before installing it, sprayed the car HANDLES inside the car, asked me if I wanted anything to drink once more. The service is supreem, no matter what I asked for I got with full explanation. This business should be a model for many other businesses I used. They are not cheap but worth every cent.
