The machines really do not clean well. For a $24 wash that last less than 5mi . I need to find a better place. My tires don't look clean and I still have bug splat on it

I love going to Okie Express to get my car washed. The service is amazing and I especially love the young lady Meigan who works there. She is always helpful and has a beautiful smile on her face while doing it. I will never use another car wash. Thank you Okie Express.

Well if you’re new like I was, they expect you to line your wheels up on the wheel lock just right when you can’t see it. Other ones use a big convection belt to move your vehicle through which are way easier. The guy was using hand signals telling me to turn my wipers off when he was spraying the windshield, the sensors turn on automatically once it detects water, so I couldn’t get them to stop. I thought my wipers were going to get damaged going through it as I tried to find a way to turn them off with no success a helpless situation as my car was being pulled through. So here there we’re going through the whole 30 second wash I was worried about my wipers getting damaged. I wanted to find a regular carwash but those hardly exist anymore and the ones that do are non working homeless camps now. Other than that the staff need to make sure people know how to turn off their rain sensors so this doesn’t happen to others. Other than that my car looks cleaned.

Please avoid Okie Carwash. I signed up for the monthly carwash membership. I the next 4 months to follow, we experienced a broken windshield do to improperly aligned machinery in the the carwash bay. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my membership which was deducted from my account on the 1st of each month. It was then that I realized that my membership fees were deducted on the 24th....not the 1st! Okie carwash deducted my membership fees 6 days before the 1st....which not only prevented me from canceling my account in the time frame that zokie requires a member to cancel without being charged for the following month. Im embarrassed to say that because of my current financial situation, I did not have the money available in my bank account at the time of Okies early withdrawal....they overdrafted my bank account. I was livid! So, for the next week and many hours on hold and waiting for a call-back from Okie and talking to a different representative every time I called, I was finally told that I would not be reimbursed for Okies early deduction of my membership fees ....and it was too late to cancel without having to pay for another month of fraud and a broken windshield. I have never, NEVER dealt with a company that refused to correct such and obvious and egregious mistake that was their fault. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS PLEASE....GRIFTERS

Great car wash. Love their free towels and staff very friendly. Zach always helps me out when I get new cars and need new tags. We have family membership here and it’s always great
