This is great gym. Coach Ernest is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He's a patient teacher and fosters a great sense of community in the gym.

I just started training here a week ago and I’m seeing tremendous progress. It’s excellent cardio, strength improvement, and skills learning. They also have weights for weight lifting. Coach Ernest is excellent and his co-trainers as well. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced, and you’ll feel immediate improvements on your overall fitness and boxing skills.
