I had a very rude experience with this place and on top of that especially when I asked for my receipts and I don't get everything added up correctly I would definitely keep this in mind on choosing this school there are other places out there

I didn’t take the course but my husband did and just from the little while I listened, the instructor was rude and I felt that if someone spoke to me that way I could not hold back. I feel that if I am paying someone for services the least they could do is be courteous and respectful. They are there to learn and not to be scolded, they are not children in high school. If you don’t like your job maybe you could go and find something you DO like doing. The company should step in unexpectedly to see what goes on in the “Classroom “.

Beware! The location on Sara Road in RR A couple of things this school is fast paced which is good for some students but not all. Franscisco is so rude and unprofessional in so many ways. He tries to bully the parents and students. They say to pay a $75 dollar deposit to hold the slot. Then pay the balance of $340 in class on the first day. No problem I paid it. Then within three days they get their permit but he makes it seem as though you cannot or shouldn't go to MVD and pay $10 for the permit so he charges you $75 cash or $80 card. No where does it say this. When I asked him if we can do it at MVD since I'm on a budget and can pay $10 and I live close to an mvd and I can schedule an appointment he started to disgruntled and was being mean over the phone and to my kid in person. My kid was texting me feeling like he could be treated differently if we didn't pay the $75. If you go to ANY other school this is NOT the normal.

Francisco has been unresponsive and the times we have attempted to schedule he does not provide a list of open times. He merely tells you to bring your student in at a time he dictates. Absolutely unprofessional and rude when does answer the phone.
