From first contact with the sales rep to final settlement we were treated with courtesy and compotence and kept informed about the status of the job. It took a while but in the wake of a widespread hail storm, that was expected. OTR intervention with the insurance company was crucial to our getting full coverage of our storm damage. The first response from my insurer was about one-third of the final settlement. Couldn't have done it without Old Timers!

My grandma’s 91 and she doesn’t have a lot of help or understanding when it comes to things around the house so I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take care of her roof. Wes was the most knowledgeable storm claims specialist we’ve ever met and he did such an excellent job walking us through the insurance process. The install was flawless and he was SO sweet to my grandma! He definitely won us over, we highly recommend!

Old timers definitely know what they are doing! I had my roof replaced on a house I sold in Charlotte last year and the house I bought in Greensboro also needed a new one. The difference in quality between what old timers did to my house in Greensboro and the other company that did my charlotte roof is night and day! Super friendly staff, great rates for the build quality and overall treatment felt like I was a member of a family rather than a customer. Josh also was able to fly his drone over the house and text me photos of the progress in real time, it was super awesome. They also replaced my gutters and did a wonderful job adding screens on them to prevent having to clean them out each season. They also do fascia repair and stone mason work, which is again, extremely great quality. Cannot recommend them enough!
