My mom and I really enjoyed the trolley tour and the hop on hop off feature. We also did the city lights tour which was also very interesting. Highly recommend this tour. Jerry was definitely our favorite guide!

Let me start by the good. The staff welcoming you to the bus is very outgoing friendly and helpful. The driver was very good outgoing friendly and descriptive but most of what is described is more of a history lesson of buildings no longer even there. With that being said if you have been to any major city and taken a bus tour this is nothing like it. It is bland, way too long and just not fun. This is only good if you want to go to the zoo, gardens, etc and not drive and save on parking. Then it is good. Driving to the zoo and gardens when you can't see a thing is worthless and time consuming. It is only good for dropping you off. You're better off walking around then hopping on this bus and discovering on your own.

The drivers gave a narration of what we were passing which was very good. They also gave some in depth instructions on where to go. Busses were clean and well taken care of. The stops were convenient to most major attractions we wanted to see. It was well worth the cost. What could be done better is the Maps. Paper maps looked like they had 2 different paths with different stops. And the descriptions for the stops didn’t seem to match the location on the paper map. We were told that the route changes with the season and you need to use the app. I’ve seen some systems where the app shows you where there bus is at that time that would be helpful addition to the app. The map in the app was still a little confusing and not detailed enough as it didn’t say exactly where the stop was (ex corner of this street and that street). If the town allows it it would be helpful to have a marker placed at the stop so it would confirm your at the right location.

We loved the hop off and ride, being able to visit several areas and have solid transportation every 30 minutes. Captain K and Chief were excellent bus guides!

Nice treat. I live in San Antonio, but I’ve never taken time to take a tour. We loved it. 2 day hop on and hop off is an amazing feature.
