Love this Nail Salon so much! They have online booking and also accept walk-ins. Parking is free and easy to find a spot. Staff offers water as well as other beverages. I am always welcomed in promptly and given a spot right after check-in. The nail techs make it easy to choose the right color, design, and service for me based on any inspiration picture I bring in. This is also a shop that cares about the health and integrity of my nails, and the staff is great about communicating different service options to ensure I have the best results. Every manicure I’ve received here has lasted me 3+ weeks with no lifting or damage. The space is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Favorite nail techs are Miss Honey and Miss Demi!
I called initially to ensure there was enough time to do a dipped nail and pedicure before closing. They said yes. When I get there, I told the lady at the front what I wanted and she relayed it to a man and a woman. I sat down for my pedicure and a lady named Honey came to do my nails. At first I just wanted my real nails dipped, then I decided I wanted to add acrylic bc of how my real nails looked one the old tip was removed. The lady kept telling me no it’ll be fine, (unsure if she understood me) but I believe she did bc she kept saying no and to wait and see. So finally I was like whatever. My index finger needed a tip though due to my nail breaking, when she added it, she refused to trim it down as much as I asked. She kept comparing it to my ring finger, and it was much longer. But she said it wasn’t so she left it alone. I wanted a skinny/square shape and instead they look fat/round. She dipped my nails it felt like 6 times. I kept asking her to drill them and she said “no it’s real thick, it’ll last 3 weeks you see”. I felt unheard and anxious the entire time. The guy doing my toes, BARELY filed my feet, and he cut my toenails so short and I wanted them square as well, I asked for an acrylic overlay and square and instead they are just short and round. They charged me to fill my big toe in and it looks horrible. I paid for gel, but after the first coat I was fixing to cry so I told him to stop and I left. It was $155 for a horrible service. The customer should be listened to! In the picture you can see how thick and curved they are bc she refused to drill them. It was rushed and done her way. The guy was nice, he just didn’t know what he was doing.
Selena did my nails and did an amazing job with my holiday design. I don’t usually do all the extras, but I trusted her completely — and she delivered! For pedicures, Jessica is incredible. When she’s done, it feels like a full-body massage. Together they’re an awesome duo. If you’re looking for a new nail spot, check out Olivia & Oliver! I already did a review for Clayton Rd, so I had to post to this location! If you want to see these ladies head over to Clayton Rd. Location!
My first experience in Olivia and Oliver was pretty sweet.Of course, we didn't know how to register on the kiosk, at first we weren't getting too much assistance, then, when she noticed we needed help, it arrived. The service was pleasant and the guy did an ok job on my feet after me asking him to make one correction, which he did without issues. When I arrived home i noticed that he had made a couple other mistakes that my daughter repaired for me. Otherwise this place is beautiful on the inside. I also like the way all the workers have on nice little uniforms. I would definitely recommend 👌 ps they service myself and a friend. We got simple pedicures and our bill wasn't a $100. With our tip we paid $115. They do offer several other special services other than a regular pedicure.
I asked Vivian for navy and white winter nails and she absolutely delivered!! This is a Gel-X fill that start to finish took just over an hour. I’ve been going to this salon since they opened this location and every stylist comes through on requests. The salon is always clean, they don’t pressure you to upgrade a service, and they verify as they go that what they’re doing is what you want. I can’t wait to see what Vivian comes up with for my Christmas nails!
