Where do I even begin with my love for Saint Louis Med Spa? From the very first visit, these women have made me feel like I’m not just walking into a business, but coming home to people who genuinely care. I pop in regularly—sometimes just to say hi—because that’s how much this team has come to feel like friends, even family. I found Saint Louis Med Spa after visiting several other med spas in the St. Louis area. Aesthetics is a rapidly growing industry, but not all med spas are equal when it comes to education, expertise, and quality of care. This place stands apart in every way. Elizabeth (aka Bitsy), the owner, is absolutely fabulous. What she has built in such a short time is nothing short of spectacular. Saint Louis Med Spa is truly a woman-owned, woman-run business, and that care, intention, and leadership shines through in every detail. Elizabeth is warm, welcoming, and makes every client feel seen and valued. There is zero pretense here—no pressure, no energy that makes you feel like you’re not already enough. She consistently emphasizes that you are beautiful exactly as you are, and that any treatments are simply about enhancing what’s already there. It is one of the lowest-pressure, most supportive environments I’ve ever experienced. I can honestly say I’ve worked with every provider here, and each one is exceptional. Nurses Ashley and Kalie are absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, flexible, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they can, even if you’re there for a different service. When it comes to injectables like Botox or Sculptra, the care and skill are unmatched. I have never once felt pushed into a treatment. In fact, they are the first to tell you when you don’t need something or wouldn’t benefit from it. That level of honesty is rare. Their experience truly matters. You feel confident knowing you’re in the hands of highly trained professionals—not someone who learned over a weekend course. While people may shop med spas for price, this team delivers what really matters: safe, thoughtful care and beautiful, natural results. The estheticians—Emma, Lainey, and Elizabeth herself—are incredible. Their energy alone will make you feel amazing, and their results speak for themselves. Whether it’s facials, lasers, brows, or skincare, everything they do is top tier. They also carry one of the most extensive and impressive selections of medical-grade skincare in St. Louis, including product lines you won’t find elsewhere—and they truly know how to guide you to what’s best for you. Finally, I would be remiss not to shout out Kenzie—the absolute queen behind the scenes. While she’s technically front desk, she is so much more than that. She is the glue that holds Saint Louis Med Spa together. From scheduling to communication via text or Instagram, she puts 200% into everything she does and somehow always makes it work. She is fast, efficient, kind, funny, and an absolute joy. Saint Louis Med Spa is something truly special. Supporting a women-owned business that operates with this level of excellence, integrity, and heart is an easy choice. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about The Saint Louis Med Spa. This place is such a hidden gem and is absolutely beautiful inside. All of the providers are so sweet too. Bitsy and Ashley are both fantastic. I see Ashley for all of my fillers and Botox, and Bitsy for my laser work. I had Ashley do a full face refresh this past year, fully dissolving my lips and starting over for a more natural look. She also added cheek, chin, and under eye filler, paired with the BBL treatments and Botox that I get quarterly. These ladies has made me feel so much more confident in my own skin. I highly recommend both of them! You won’t regret booking an appointment here!

I’ve been going to the Saint Louis Med Spa for the past two years and I can’t say enough about how much I love them! From eyebrows, to facials, to microneedling, to BBL/Moxi, I’ve been very happy with every service I’ve tried. The staff there is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable asking questions to help guide your choices to get to your best skin. I had been having eczema/redness for years on one area of my face. Since getting regular facials and starting a medical grade skincare regimen recommended by Emma, I haven’t even had a flare up in over a year and a half.

Highly recommend!!! I started seeing Elizabeth as she came highly recommended by my sister, but have now become a loyal client to Emma ever since Elizabeth expanded her team and her business! The team here are amazing and you will always be well taken care of. I usually get a facial and brow wax/tint, and Emma always knows exactly what I need (and what I want!) every time, and she's just the best! It's like catching up with your best friend. I won't go anywhere else!

Absolute best med spa in St. Louis! I visit this place at least once a month (if not more) for brows, facials, lasers, and injectables. Every service I have received has been above and beyond! They are so knowledgeable about the services they offer and skincare! All the nurses and esties are the best and what they do! And added bonus is they are all so sweet and fun to talk to too! It truly brightens my day everytime I go in there. The owner is also amazing and you can tell she is so passionate about making sure everyone feels there absolute best!
