Instructor is legit and athletic (with some terrifyingly impressive kicks) and oversees each class instead of delegating. He keeps the energy level in the room very high. Stretching, kicking, and poomsae are taught. I was surprised how much pad and dummy kicking my son did in the first practice! Increases in flexibility and balance are noticeable already after only a month. During the search for a Taekwondo gym, I noticed other locations' classes had lower energy, compromised form by delegated instructors, some didn't stretch at all, and some withhold kicking opportunities.

This place is great! Led by Master Ram, teaching discipline, skills, strength in an easy to learn environment. Started just taking my kids, now I have joined in as well. I definitely recommend, for the whole family.

It is a very good place for your kids development Mr Ram and his assistants are so kind and do everything on their part to see results in their students My daughter loves it I highly recommend it!!!! If you want to see results on your child and have fun at the same time this is the best place for them ! Y hablan español
