Terrible service. My step daughter got a nail service at this salon and paid $350 for sloppy, poorly made and over priced nails. The tips do not fit her nails, no cuticle service was done, some of the nails are shaped poorly and designs are sloppy. I tried emailing the owner to seek a resolution and received no response. I used to use this salon in the past but the quality has gone way downhill and prices way up. I would avoid this salon, not only for the unprofessionalism but shoddy work

She left glue on my thumbs under my nail. Touching my skin. And I hate to tip 20. 😆 and all that glue wasnt necessary

I have been coming to OMG for years. Yes, the price is higher than other salons in town. But, what you are paying for is the cleanliness and ambiance of the salon, high end materials being used, and speed at which they work. If you need a fabulous set of nails in under 40 minutes, this is the place for you. The hand drawn designs I receive every appointment bring me so much joy. Thank you Crystal! 💛

Been coming to Crystal for years, can’t go anywhere else.She did my prom and wedding nails. She always fits me in, amazing work and 30 min (if that) fills and Crystal shapes and waxes my brows amazingly. Her work is beautiful and an amazing selection of gel polish. 10/10 love her

The last few times I’ve had my nails done (at other salons) have been very sub par so came to omg had my dip/gel taken off, a full set, and pedicure. I had called the day before and made an appointment for today. The owner did my nails and she was so fast, very nice and easy to talk to, and I absolutely love my nails. I asked her to surprise me she asked me a few questions, gave me a few options and went from there. OMG is a bit more expensive than other salons but beyond worth it. Best nail experience I’ve had.
