This place is so friendly and inviting. Always happy to help. The tech was amazing, smart, funny, and kind. Marlene at the front desk was amazing and friendly right when I walked in. Dr. Garza was very kind and informative during the exam. I recommended this place to all my family! I will definitely be back just because the tech was amazing.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. They didn't seem organized, and their lack of professional ethics? What's worse was after the exam visit, I was fitted for glasses. Was given an estimated date when they'd be ready for pick up. They lacked customer skills and following up with inquiries. They never answer the phone, nor do they return calls and or messages sent from patients. I had to constantly be calling until someone finally answered. Only one pair of glasses were ready. Both of them were promised to be ready together. They weren't. I picked up the one pair that was ready, the guy who was supposed to be knowledgeable in fitting glasses? Took them to the back to do whatever came back with one of lenses broken because he tightened them too much. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY READERS... ALREADY 3 DAYS LATE FROM PROMISED PICK UP DATE. ONCE I GET THEM, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

All we're trying to do is exchange a box of contact lenses. That seem to be not the right fit even if a sample was provided it didn't turn out the same. Every business has their ways for a refund or exchange except this company. Once opened you have to keep and it be customer loss paying for them and can't wear. We've came into office and spoke with assistant manager and all she said it was probably because the contacts are colored?? We'll need to call you back as she needs to get with her manager or the maker of contacts that won't except them as a loss. I went back to speak with manager Hortencia and no manager available or a call back. We have been going there for a few years and this is where we are left with no customer service to try and accommodate what is needed.

Great experience. The Dr was amazing with my young son. Very professional and straight forward with service. Answered all my questions in a good manner and was extremely knowledgeable and fast. My son was extremely pleased with the service he received and I will definitely be coming back for the rest of my family and myself just because of the Dr and her courteous staff. Kudos to them and thank you for the help with getting my son glasses for school because of you he will be able to see better which will help him this school year. Will definitely recommend you to a friend.

Dr Garza was very good. Very thorough. She explained things as she did her exam. Marlene was very nice.. Mari was sooo friendly.. together we found a beautiful frame at a price I was happy with. Both employees were easy to talk to. There was no wait. Punctual
