When I came home from my first appointment with Sarah at On Edge Studio, my sister told me it was the best haircut I've ever had in my life! Sarah did a wonderful job, and she is so lovely and pleasant to interact with. I will be going back regularly! Would highly recommend!

Writing on behalf of my wife who came home crying after getting a bob cut. Be weary, they might cut your hair up to two inches shorter than the reference photos you provide (of yourself) and leave you with a bowl cut. She was really happy with her previous cut at this location but after the massacre that took place this evening, will not be returning again. Update: On Edge response to my review is deliberately misleading. She has not been to the salon "multiple times", only once before. Beyond having the hair cut shorter than the reference, the issue is the uneven, choppy feathering. The stylist cut the ends very uneven. My wife mentioned not wanting layers to the stylist, requested a straight across cut and was ignored, gave a choppy bob with multiple lengths.

This was my first time going to On Edge and all I have to say is that this salon is awesome. Here you can find talented and kind artists who are all so clearly invested in their work and their clients. Especially Sarah—she did a great job on my hair!! I seriously recommend this salon. It makes for a relaxing and lighthearted experience!

Amanda at On Edge Studio in Ottawa is absolutely amazing! She made my hair dreams come true and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also wonderful to talk to and makes the whole experience fun and relaxing. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming — you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend Amanda and the team at On Edge Studio!

This was my first time at this salon and I can only say great things! Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Dawna did a great job on my haircut. I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted and she exceeded the expectation. She was great at listening to what I wanted and gave her own input which I appreciated. I will definitely be coming back!
