Great teacher, has helped me improve a lot and the lessons are great. The area/gym is fantastic with all the needed equipment and the sessions have also helped me improve my confidence and fitness a lot. Compared to other places i have definitely received the best coaching here and i would highly recommend it. I started as a beginner with who had tried boxing at other places but never was able to get into it, now i am five weeks into training with Zaid and I have seen a lot more success and progress. He is a very welcoming coach for beginners.
