Everything about the process was excellent, from the reassuring Aimee booking us in & answering our questions, to the lovely Tim and Andy on the day, keeping it all as low stress as possible and total gents towards my parents who were helping us with the move. Many other companies had lots of hidden charges and we appreciated their straightforwardness. I'm autistic and moving is really stressful, this company really helped to make it as easy as possible 🙂 thank you!

The team from on the dot removals were brilliant from start to finish. Communication prior to the move was good - all my queries were answered promptly. Prior to the move, they supplied all the packing materials. On the day, the team arrived promptly, packed the van extremely efficiently and took care with all of our belongings. At our new house, again everything was unpacked carefully and efficiently. The team were all really polite and helpful. For the service that was provided, the cost was very reasonable. We are hoping not to have to move house again anytime soon, but would really recommend On The Dot Removals to anyone that is.

On the Dot Removals made the whole painful process of moving so much better. They turned up, on the dot at 8.30 with the strongest, calmest men I've ever met. They packed our stuff with care and attention, were reassuring about the whole process throughout and were just the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. There were at the new place waiting for me while I got the keys and they unpacked in half the time. On the Dot were worth every single penny. Moving house was the most stressful thing I've ever done and to have such an incredible team working to help me at the last stage took a lot of the pressure off me. I did consider doing it myself, hiring vans and getting friends to help but I'm so glad I didn't attempt it. I really cannot say enough nice things about On The Dot, they were just amazing.

This is the third time I'm using On The Dot Removals and I can't recommend them enough! The guys arrived on time, were polite, helpful and did not skip a beat when we realised some furniture did not fit the doors (they just took it apart and re-assembled no problem in the new flat). Such good value for money and great service and communication. I will certainly use again when I finally move into my forever home. Thank you!

On The Dot are excellent. Professional, friendly removal men who recently moved us out of our First Floor Flat in central Bristol. We had an issue with completing on our house (it was 3 hours late) and they kindly filled their van and patiently waited during this time for us to sort it out. All smiles, no issues. They were careful and diligent with our stuff and actually acted like they cared about the process. Their prices are highly competitive and I would definitely book them again.
