From my original call to make an appt., to the text reminders and even a picture of who would be coming to service our units, their professionalism was very much appreciated! The two service techs Cody and Johnny were punctual, clearly explained what was going on, were very honest and fair about the cost to make the repairs and left everything clean and back in its place. The lady who answered my call in was so sweet and helpful and our technician, Chris, was great and so nice. He checked everything over for us as our heating was acting weird with the cold weather and put us at ease. He found something needing to be replaced and we are happy to use this company to complete that repair. Definitely recommend this company.

The team at On the Double have been taking care of our home/family for several years now. Cody, Randy, Eric, Caleb, Josh! They are the best. Their commitment to quality and their integrity are unparalleled. I feel safe with them in my home. I trust that they will do what they say. My system (now systems) is complex and challenging. They came back and will still come back as many times as it takes to make sure everything is correct/safe, and we are happy. Always on time. Always communicate well. They presented several versions of repair options so we could find what fit our needs and our pocketbook. It wasn’t the cheapest but it’s worth it. 100% recommend.

Chris was really good and knowledgeable however the price was a little on the high side paid $400 for a capacitor that I could have bought for $120 tops but as far as service it was great!!
