This local Long Beach second hand book store is one of my favorites. Tucked away near Tuttle's camera and other Villange shops, I found a complete 2 volumn Bible commentary on the New Testament hard back and a beautiful Bible dictionary. One of my favorite places!

There’s a large selection of second-hand books here! It’s small and quiet, but they were asking me if I needed help more than once. Definitely would go if you have more time just to explore, as there are a lot of different categories. The books are organized well, and they have lots of boxes of books they will be going through to add to their collection. Would especially recommend if you’re into older books and other print goods, as I found old maps and an old magazine from the early 1900s.

This bookstore is in the tradition of LA and OC bookstores: high wooden shelves loaded with books of all ages, boxes of books waiting on the floor to be shelved, and interesting, unexpected finds to be made! The kids section is a good size, as is the novels section. The second Saturday of the month is street-stall day with lots of craft tables and a chill, relaxing vibe. The surrounding neighborhood is the same. There is plenty of parking.

Love this bookstore! The kids section is curated by a retired elementary school teacher. She reads every book in the children's / teen section. I appreciate this immensely, at the mother of a tween who's an avid reader i know that all of the books in her curated section are appropriate for his age. We also appreciate thst we can bring his books in to trade for store credit. I buy so many books, it's nice to have somewhere that we love to bring them and find lightly used books

What a gem of a place. Amazing selection, kind owner and staff, and located in a really cool little neighborhood. The smell alone sent me into flashback mode, and I found two rare Vivekananda books that I've never seen. Absolutely worth spending half a day in here. I heard they've been in business for 37 years (25 at this location). Hope they're around for many more. I'll definitely be back.
