We were really looking forward to this escape room, but the experience fell far below expectations. The facility appeared very busy, and it seemed that only one game master was covering multiple rooms. The game master arrived late and provided minimal instructions. When we requested our first clue in Room 1, the response was very delayed. After continued waiting, we left the room to find the game master, which is when he came in to explain the clue. During that interaction, a prop broke, interrupting the game. In Rooms 2 and 3, we received no responses at all to our text requests for clues. When we stepped out again to look for assistance, no staff member was available. At that point, we decided to leave. We’ve done many escape rooms and understand that things can happen, but the lack of support and apparent understaffing made the experience frustrating and unplayable. We hope management will reach out and resolve this appropriately.
We experienced Neverland and were challenged by Rumpelstiltskin beyond our abilities!! Super challenging but so much fun! An entire group is necessary, there were only two of us! Highly recommend!
Our families love fairy tales....and what better way to end our trip but do a fairy tale themed escape room. I was highly impressed with the decorations. This little business is family owned and they did a remarkable job with the details of the decorations. We bought the Arabian Nights escape room. There were so many surprises and we escaped!! We did get help, of course...but it was truly fun. We can't wait to return and try the other themed rooms. The owner and her daughter were amazing themselves and very accommodating.
Had a blast doing the Seven Dwarfs room. Cute rooms and some puzzles we have not seen before. We will definitely be back to try another room.
This was an awesome outing we stumbled upon. Friends trip to Vegas and wanted to pop by an escape room. We saw the themes were fairytale related which was fun to start with and then we got there. It was great! The whole place was decorated- spooky and mystical! The rooms were great and we loved the way they were set up. Our GM was Kiera who was fantastic and sweet. During our game, one of our lanterns was on the fritz and she replaced it and even gave us a little extra time without us even asking. Overall a great experience. We weren’t able to get out of the hardest room in time unfortunately with our smaller group but it was a great time overall Highly recommend!
