Rocky was absolutely amazing, he walked me through everything he was checking and why he was doing it. From the time Rocky entered my home we hit it off great. Rocky is an outdoorsmans such as myself and we talked about hunting and family and everyday life, he was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I hope that on my future services you will send him out to our home.

Justin showed up on time, was very courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace, and happily explained everything he was doing while he worked, which I appreciated because I’m always eager to learn more about this stuff. I’d gladly call them again, but hopefully won’t have to!

Our technician this time was Joe Pierce. He is very knowledgeable and checked everything thoroughly. Afterwards, he explained everything to us with patience so we could understand what’s going on and what needs to be done to keep our systems maintained. This was a system check for the winter. I have been a One Hour Club Member for years and the best technicians are here. Being a club member helps us remember to have our HVAC checked every six months. Thank you Joe for your help.

Thermostat popped up with a “PIN NUMBER” to activate before the system would even begin to work. I was NEVER given a PIN# for anything! Never happened before, so they sent a tech out the next day to fix it, even though they offered to send someone out that same night (8-9)pm! NOT a bit necessary, but was very nice to offer!!! It was fixed and PIN# was cleared up the very next day with no problems or completely NO CHARGE to me whatsoever, since I’m still under the contract warranty. My purchase was only 1 1/2 years ago. Therefore I was VERY impressed and VERY HAPPY to see how awesome they were at trying to fix this little issue so promptly for me! I have absolutely been so impressed with EVERY ASPECT of this company from purchase to repair! I will always recommend this ONE HOUR A/C & HEAT CO. TO EVERYONE!! Excellent service from everything you can imagine, including their Customer Service, which is so awesome. I will NEVER have any other HVAC Co to help me. I’m a FOREVER Customer!!😊

Today on 07/30/2025 Mr.Caleb came out and brought a A/C unit and placed it in our window. What a great guy it was a super honor to meet him,very down to earth!!! He will be the James Bond hero that can fix anything and make sure that your day going great!! Thank you again Mrs. Amanda for all your help and caring for the universe you Rock!! I want to give thanks to your company and mangers for their help!!! New up date Mr.Rocky Smith was like the boxer Sugar Ray Leonard with our crazy AC unit!! The fight only took less than a second. I didn't even have enough time to eat 1 hand of fresh butter popcorn!!! That is how the fight went down. Everything went great and we learned that our Ac need just some more power with some TLC for the fuse box. What a great person Mr.Rocky Smith!!! /Mr.Robert Hoffman, he was like Tom Cruise and Goose coming to save the day in a F-14 Tomcat showing all his awesome talents!! I have to give Mr.Robert Hoffman 3 A+! He was very down to earth ,and had a smooth kick ass awesome leader personality!!! We need more great people like him in this crazy universe!!! The CEO should be very proud of Mr.Robert Hoffman and give him a $5.00 raise, because he was the true reflection of greatness of your company!!!! Why call for Ironman or Captain America ? U don't need them guys when you got Mr.Robert Hoffman kicking it off like AC /DC and Van Halen!!!!!!! Thank you as well Mrs.Amanda for all your help!!! You rock and you are one amazing dispatch!!!
