Our mini split conked out from a power surge, and Nick Salerno did an excellent job -- in 22° weather! -- replacing the circuit board and installing a surge protector. He was polite, efficient and obviously hardy. I highly recommend One-Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been using Schneider's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for semiannual system check and tune-up for about 4-5 years through their Comfort Club subscription. They seem to do good work. My recurrent frustration is that they don't call or email me to remind me to set up an appointment so it's up to me to remember to call them to set one up every 6 months even though I've already subscribed and paid for the service. In all this time they may have called once or twice.

Texted me and they came earlier in the day than my scheduled appointment, which was a good thing. The guys were in and out after a thorough check-up of my heating system. (The only issue was one of the guys had a cold. Hopefully I won't contract it.)
