Really unprofessional business, stay away. I booked items online for pickup at noon and ended up standing outside in the cold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the door. I called multiple times and each time was told "we'll send an urgent message for someone to open the door." ??? I had a clear pick up time. Another lady showed up and said the same thing happened the day before, nobody came to the door for her order. After several attempts ringing the doorbell and knocking, a man finally opened the door in his boxers, confused about why I was there... My stuff wasn't ready, he had to go into the garage and get it. Upon returning my items (also made an appointment), the same thing happened, nobody answered the door. I called again and this time nobody was even answering the phone, we ended up just leaving our stuff outside by the garage. I don't think these people know they're running a business, honestly. Hosting is stressful enough, the last thing anyone needs is to deal with such an unprofessional party rental place. Next time, I'll go to an actual verified business, not this garage side hustle place.

One Party Rentals were so amazing and helpful with supplying wine glasses for our wine tasting. They were speedy with their responses and helpful with delivery and pick up! 10/10 would recommend!

Renting glassware from One Party Rentals made for 1 less thing to worry about for my wife’s birthday party. Clean up afterwards was much quicker. Was easy to order online and glasses were ready to pickup right on time. They even accommodated a last minute addition. Glasses all looked good for the party.

Working with One party rentals was fantastic. They were able to help accommodate getting the delivery of the rentals the night before and picking up the morning after. The individuals were so nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the communication side eith being able to stay in touch and answering any questions we had.
