Didn't go in bit called prior the call told me all I needed to know were always saying support support. I really wish these small business will get it in their heads because you own a business with bad customer service and its family ran also young rude and professional doesnt mean we have to support your business. I called for a tire the young man made a call to another person without saying hold on or anything then I held on for like 3 minutes realizing he never came back to the phone only to call back the line was busy called again he answered he repeated the tire size I needed I said no that incorrect he said yeah we have that here for you after I told him it was the wrong size just imagine had I went so when I repeated the actual size he called someome else again covering the phone imagine what that sounds like while holding and hes moving the phone all around to come back and say yes we have the tire I asked for the year of the tire his tone then changed saying...WE DONT DO ALL THAT IDK WHO DOES THAT BUT THOS IS OUR SHOP AMD WE DO TBINGS DIFFERENTLY I replied and said young man everyone that does great customer service dont mind serving with honors you're never too old to learn he replied again and said..YEAH WELL WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY HERE AND WE FONT CHECK DATES WE JUST SEEL THE TIRES I SAID i asked to speak to the owner or manager , he then whispered a little and stated I AM THE MANAGER..I said to myself then yeah if I buy this tire something goes wrong im stuck with it cause it was a hassle just trying to learn the date on the tire. BUT alot of these business dont last because they have young relatives jj Ron Ron lil dune dine running them for them. I politely said thank you for your services and have a great day. He still had the nerve to ask did I want the tire. WHATTTT ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? BLACK OWNED BUSINESS ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT ARE IN THE HOOD , YOU ALREADY BE SKEPTICAL OF GOING BUT THEN TO HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. JUST A HEADS UP WHEN SHOPPING ANYTHING ON LINE ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS THEY DONT LIE EVERYONE ISNT TELLING THE SAME LIE. MY LETTERS ARENT BIG AS THO YELLING IM HOPING TO GET MY MESSAGE ACROSS TO THE PPL THAT ARENT AWARE SENIORS SINGLE WOMEN ETC. PLEASE WATCH THESE PPL. GOD BLESS

Waited 30 or more minutes for a tire to find out they don’t have my tire. What’s crazy they took the tire off car prompt and everything had it ready like they had the tire. Such a waste of my time, had the nerve to ask what’s my plan. Put my shit back on so I can get serviced some where else. I will not return!

Waste of an hour to be greeted with a mad man. Poor customer service and I called before coming. Waited over 30 minutes to be told they now closed at 5:30p but website time say 6:00pm. Like if you not happy with your job GET A NEW ONE!!!
