Mrs. Santana is everything. Brutally Realistic. Finally, a CPR class that prepares you for the real chaos. This wasn't your typical classroom course. The instructor, a former paramedic, focused on the gritty details everyone else avoids. What set it apart: * Drills: They simulated real panic with noise, distractions, and sudden commands. You learn to act under pressure. * No Sugarcoating: They talked about the sounds (breaking ribs), the sights (vomit), and the exhaustion. Nothing was glossed over. * Tech Feedback: Advanced mannequins gave real-time data on compression depth and rate. You instantly knew if you were effective or not. * Confidence, Not Just a Card: I left feeling genuinely prepared for the terrifying reality of an emergency, not just with a certificate. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real skills, not just a checkbox completed.

My son needed recertification for CPR/first aid for his apprenticeship. Deb was available on short notice and was a great instructor. My son says she was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach him real life scenarios. Would definitely take her classes in the future

I recently booked OneTouchTraining for a First Aid and CPR class for the miners at my site and I couldn't be more impressed! The instructor was truly fantastic – incredibly engaging and exceptionally knowledgeable. They made what could have been a dry topic both interesting and easy to understand, using real-world examples and interactive methods that kept everyone's attention. I opted in for the adult and pediatric course for my miners. I thought it would be a wonderful way to give them knowledge they’d be able to take home with them and save their families if such a situation ever arose. It was clear the instructor had a deep understanding of the material and was able to answer every question thoroughly and clearly. The miners left the class feeling confident in their ability to apply the skills learned, which is exactly what you want from a course like this. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to get certified or refresh their skills!
