After having several difficult experiences with bridal hairstylists in the past, I was understandably nervous—but Rachael never wavered! She was consistently kind, patient, and genuinely caring about how I was feeling throughout the entire process! During my first trial, I realized I wasn’t completely in love with the style, and instead of brushing it off or pushing forward, Rachael encouraged me to do another trial so we could make sure it was exactly right. That meant so much to me! By the second trial, I felt confident, heard, and excited—and on the wedding day, she truly made all of my bridal hair dreams come true! My hair was everything I had hoped for and more! Rachael also styled several of my bridesmaids and my mother-in-law, and every single person looked absolutely beautiful! She kept us calm, happy, and perfectly on schedule, making sure we were ready well before it was time to start photos—which made the morning feel relaxed and joyful! They provided 3 amazing stylists - one h&mu, one hair only, and one makeup only, that did an incredibly job on myself, mother of the bride, and my bridesmaids. Happy Payne did my hair and makeup on my big day and I LOVE HER! She is so talented and fun to work with. The admin team is easy to get a hold of, thorough, and very responsive. They were super easy to work with. I went in for my first trial and it wasn't the look I was wanting, and the team at One10 easily accommodated switching me to a different stylist and added an additional trial with her at no extra cost.
