A friend sent me a buddy pass to join for a class; after receiving an email confirmation, I drove 20 minutes to the location only to be told that I couldn’t use it because I had taken a class as a buddy a couple months ago. My recommendations for management: don’t advertise that your members can bring a buddy if all you’re doing is promoting the first free class you’d offer anyway, don’t send email confirmations if you won’t honor them, and consider making an exception if your parameters were never clear to begin with. Gone is any chance I would purchase a membership here!

I love my gym! It’s clean and well-maintained, and many classes are offered at a variety of times. I’ve enjoyed all the classes I’ve attended. So far, the instructors I can recommend are Tracey, Adrianne, and Michael. I look forward to taking more classes because the quality of instruction has been so high! Also love the recovery resources: sauna, LED red light rooms, and hydromassage chairs.

I love one life fitness! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I felt confident that I made the right choice to join the gym. I want to thank Shay for signing me up and showing me around the gym and making the membership process seamless and professional. Definitely would recommend one life!

I really like going here. Classes with Victor will keep you sweating and coming back for more! The amenities are nice and it's not too expensive, it's certainly cheaper then going to classes anywhere else. The only thing I wish they had was water rowing machines instead of the air ones. The ability to go to multiple locations at this price point is really great as well since there are several in DC.

This gym is top-notch! Super clean, tons of equipment with plenty of variety, and the entire 3rd floor is dedicated to weightlifting and free weights. With my membership, I also got two personal training sessions and I have to shout out Doug he was fantastic. He really knows his stuff and helped me put together a workout that pushed me in the right direction to achieve my fitness goals. The staff and members are genuinely friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Easily the best gym in Capitol Hill and 100% worth the membership!
