Notary did not revive the document, notary missed signature requirement, notary did not submit the document and when I reached out for help I received no reply or credit. Document was deemed invalid and rejected, resulting in a 4 week manual review process.

I scheduled notary services to be performed at my house. The appointment was confirmed over a week in advance. On the day that the service was scheduled to be performed, the notary didn't show up. No text, no call, no nothing. I reached back out to the support email box at One Notary, and I got back some generic message to the effect of "we're looking into it". Didn't hear from them for the rest of the day. Completely absurd. Horrific service. One of the worst experiences I've had with any company, ever.
