I want to share that the driver of truck number 13, CA - 594977 who towed me back from Santa Paula to El Segundo was extremely nice, and a good companion who took care to make sure my 2004 Jeep Wrangler was nicely secured without damage, as it had to be winched up onto his flatbed truck. I want to thank him for his attention, empathy and care, as well as being a nice ride along companion for the long trip back. Thank you

I had a great experience with OnSite Towing. Gilbert, the driver, was extremely professional and arrived right on time. He was very kind and handled my truck with great care. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The tow truck itself looked brand new and clearly above the usual market standard—very clean and well maintained. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend OnSite Towing, and if you get Gilbert as your driver, you’re in excellent hands.
