Kyle did a great job getting me back to peak performance with his PT and lifting program he wrote me. I went from having a really inflamed hip to pitching pain free in very little time! He was very flexible in scheduling appointments, which was great as a student with varying practice times. Kyle has been my go to physical therapist. He has helped me recover from a shoulder (rotator cuff) injury that had kept me out of the pool and off the tennis courts. Meeting with him weekly, we were able to build back my strength and used various techniques to promote healing, with perseverance and patience, I was able to get back to doing all the activities I love. Kyle explains the science and demonstrates the how the exercises help with the healing process. Couldn’t have gotten back to my old self without him!
