Jeff Effiong was here for three hours today (Nov. 12) to clean my kitchen to prepare for painters who will come later. He did a very thorough job, cleaning all the walls and going behind the appliances to clean up every possible bit of dirt! Nicely done!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Opal Clean! Elsie and her team took care of our move-out cleaning (both deep cleaning and steam cleaning) and truly went above and beyond. When our landlord raised unnecessary concerns and initially refused to return our $2,500 deposit, Elsie kindly stepped in, spoke with him directly, and even offered to come back and re-clean exactly as requested. Thanks to her effort, everything was resolved smoothly and we received our full deposit back without any issues. The cleaning itself was extremely thorough, professional, and detailed, and her pricing was very fair. Most of all, I truly appreciated Elsie’s honesty, dedication, and the genuine care she showed throughout the entire process. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring cleaner.

As a bachelor with family coming to stay for awhile, my place needed some TLC. Elsie came in and did a fantastic deep clean. The house was fresh and spotless. Now that it is tidy and clean, I want to keep that standard. I highly recommend Opal Cleaning Services, and will certainly call Elsie again.

We recently hired Opal Cleaning Solutions for the first time, and I can confidently say it was one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. From the initial conversation, Elsie was incredibly warm and professional, making us feel at ease right away. On the day of the cleaning, both Jeff and Elsie were fantastic. Thorough, detail-oriented, and so friendly, even with our two young kids running around the house! As a busy family, it's not easy to maintain a clean home, but they made it look effortless. The house was spotless by the time they were done. They were kind, respectful, and clearly experienced. Hands down, this was top-notch service, and we will definitely be booking them again!
