It was uhhh-mazing! Sacha does a good job at everything! The candlelight and sound bath sesh made me feel so relaxed and calm. Left the studio in a great mood. 10/10 will definitely come back for more!

I've been attending classes at Sacha's studio since June , and I can't say enough good things about her as an instructor and the overall vibe of the space. Sacha is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced, she meets you exactly where you are. Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and restorative. She has a keen eye for form and always makes sure you're moving safely and effectively. What really stands out is how she personalizes the experience no two classes feel the same, and there's always a thoughtful progression to keep you engaged and improving. The studio itself is beautiful clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s a place where you feel supported, motivated, and genuinely cared for. I've noticed a real difference in my strength especially my core , posture, and overall wellbeing since starting Pilates here. I loved Opal from the moment I walked in. The space is beautiful, serene, and very clean. Sacha is incredible and was so welcoming. Parking is easy in the attached retail parking garage, and I never have an issue getting a spot before class. I took the essential class- geared towards those with a bit less Pilates experience. It was a perfect class- great pace, thorough instruction that was easy to follow, and hands on adjustments for form that I desperately needed. The machines are great as well, and the other equipment is very high quality. Sacha is a fantastic instructor- knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and always makes you feel strong and powerful. Since moving I’ve tried so many studios and Opal was the only one to make me feel at home. I signed up for a full membership after my first class because I truly loved it so much! I really encourage everyone to come take a class and see for yourself how great this studio and community is.
