The store itself is very nice, and the staff are usually friendly. Unfortunately, during our visit today we had a rude experience with the cashier, Norma, who was also acting as the manager when we asked to speak to one. On the positive side, Hailey was very kind and friendly, which we appreciated. I hope the store considers additional customer service training so experiences like this can be avoided in the future.

Orange circle has a lot of good memories. I was so happy to see it was still there. I collect clocks so i was beyond happy. I purchased an hour glass. I would take my parents to Orange Circle when they would come visit. My kids loved the circle. They are all grown up now. If your looking for some antigues , belive me when i say this is the place to go.

You could walk around this place for hours and still not see everything. Saying the selection is diverse is an understatement, they literally have everything. Super cool place to visit and spend the day!

Bought a little Skylander figure for $20 on Sunday around 3 o'clock during the street fair. Did it notice till I got home that part of it was broken and one of the parts moved. I went back and asked if there was anything they could do. The two ladies at the front were really unhelpful The one lady was a little bit nice, but they just were extremely unhelpful and almost came off as greedy. They didn't offer to do an exchange if there was another one or a discount or anything and just said that all sales were final. They wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. I won't be buying from them again anytime soon. Also, in case they see this, I'll be disputing the charge, so I'll just get it for free anyways.
