Amazing gym! I have been going to Orange Shoe for several years, and the instructors are consistently enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional. They can help you tweak movements in response to your unique physiology and needs (historic injuries, pains, range of motion, etc.). I would particularly recommend this gym if you would like support weightlifting. Check them out!
I joined Orange Shoe just over three months ago and I love the small class size, circuit format and friendly trainers. I was a member of a larger gym for several years, but have realized that my self-directed workouts didn't push me as hard, and weren't as well rounded, as the 1 hour classes I get at Orange Shoe. I also truly appreciate the trainers, who are not only knowledgable, but also fun. They make an effort to get to know each of the members in the class, and it really brings camaraderie to the workouts.

However, the trainers at Orange Shoe are able to guide me through workouts that are highly effective but also protect my back. On a practical note, I really appreciate that the space is always neat, clean, and organized (unlike most gyms!).
