Joe was incredible! After calling around to multiple IT companies for a computer repair, Joe was easily the most straight forward and knowledgeable. Once I dropped my device off with him, within 30 minutes he was informing me of the issue and was able to get my repair done within 24 hours.

If I could have rated with more stars, I would have! Joe Mannion, CEO, resolved all my tech issues expertly and then patiently and politely walked me through the entire set up of a new laptop; tailoring it to my needs and practices. Prior to our appointment, he asked me to submit any questions that I had to which he responded in easy to understand terms. I was initially impressed with his website and read all the excellent reviews. I now know why all his clients commented in positive, complimentary terms. Joe was great. He returned my phone call in less than a minute, and was at my house in less than an hour. Diagnosed my problem quickly (malware). Took my computer and had it back in less than 24 hours and it's running faster and more secure than a brand new computer. As a busy professional, this is the kind of service we all strive for. Joe was so fast and professional. I called, he called me back immediately (on the day after Christmas no less) and was at my house within an hour to assess the situation. I thought I would need to spend $2000 to buy a new computer but he was able to fix the problem AND upgrade my computer and save me a lot of money. He took my computer and had it back within a few hours. I highly recommend his services!
