Orkin Specialist Derrick Crayton, provided excellent service! Why excellent? - Derrick’s Professionalism (arrived on time as scheduled, pleasant, respectful of home wearing shoe covers before entering my home, and made my spouse and I feel confident about the services to be offered. - Knowledgeable (Derick earns the title - bug terminator!) Provided a thorough explanation about why we are having certain bug issues and offered remedies for the bug issues. - Went beyond responsibilities - e.g., recommending plant water bulbs to prevent overwatering of my plants which will prevent plant fungus gnats. Because of Mr. Crayton, I recommend Orkin!
