I am a longtime Orkin customer with no complaints. But today we had a new tech whose service was so excellent that it warrants a five star review. Hooray for Derrick!! He offered advice not just on treating pests, but preventing them. We very much appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and a sense of humor.

Derrick was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice throughout the entire visit. He took the time to walk around my property with me and clearly explained the entire process step-by-step. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend—great experience from start to finish!

I am giving our new technician or whomever came to service our house today 5 stars. In the past we’ve had problems with the tech not knocking or coming in. I wish I would have gotten his name but he was super professional, quick and very thorough. I hope he’ll be back!

Orkin Specialist Derrick Crayton, provided excellent service! Why excellent? - Derrick’s Professionalism (arrived on time as scheduled, pleasant, respectful of home wearing shoe covers before entering my home, and made my spouse and I feel confident about the services to be offered. - Knowledgeable (Derick earns the title - bug terminator!) Provided a thorough explanation about why we are having certain bug issues and offered remedies for the bug issues. - Went beyond responsibilities - e.g., recommending plant water bulbs to prevent overwatering of my plants which will prevent plant fungus gnats. Because of Mr. Crayton, I recommend Orkin!

Alex always does a great job when he visits. He is very thorough, offers wonderful suggestions, is on time, polite, and professional. He is a great example of what customer service people should demonstrate.
