Super frustrated right now. We’ve been trying for weeks to get a call back from a manager regarding a random “annual billing” charge that appeared on our account—something we had no idea existed and never authorized. We cancelled our services over a year ago, yet we were suddenly billed for an annual service anyway. Resolving this has been extremely difficult. Despite multiple calls, we’re now being threatened with collections over a charge that should never have occurred. After six separate calls, I finally received a call back from management, but now we’re stuck playing phone tag. Every time I call back, they somehow can’t reach the manager. Time is important, and this situation has consumed far too much of my and my wife’s time and energy over the past few weeks. To make matters worse, after our third call, we were told that the account hadn’t even been cancelled yet, despite being previously assured by another employee that it had been handled. Every associate we’ve spoken with has been polite and friendly, but the repeated promises, lack of follow-through, and absence of any real solution is beyond frustrating. I sincerely hope the manager calls me back before the end of the business day—otherwise, this will likely drag into next week. 😒 Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend using their services.

He takes the time to listen and explains things in detail and is very thorough. Your organization has a great employee!!

Both men were very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in taking care of the issues at my home. They were open to any and all questions and took their time to really make me feel at ease. Also, they did things in such a safe manner that it really eased my anxiety about having pesticides around my home and especially in my home. They didn't do anything that is unnecessary so their discernment and honesty was appreciated.

Called Orkin to help with prevention for roaches coming thru a bathroom drain pipe and do a pest inspection to ensure we don’t have an infestation. Tech tried to tell me the roach nymph was an earwig and did not actually inspect for any infestation signs, just put traps down and sprayed outside. Will use another local company now. Pictured is the roach nymph I caught to show him. The website states that the techs will help identify problem areas where the bugs might be coming in and patch it but neither the inspection or patching or even suggestions for us to do ourselves were provided.
