These guys! Come when they want and do what that want. I’m not paying for some boxes to lay out I need a real plan. I cancelled this service two weeks ago and today they are back, with more boxes. I can’t continue to pay for sub par service from a different guy each time on a rental property!
Even though prices are out of my budget at the moment, i will definitely be using this company once i am able. The technician was very educated and knowledgeable about my issue and resourceful with temporary solution until i am financially available to continue with the services! They're employees drive recklessly on the road. This driver nearly caused an accident this morning when they decided to cut moving traffic because they were going to miss getting on the highway in Middletown this morning. They nearly hit the car in front of me as well as my own. If driving is going to be apart of your job, clearly you need to have safety standards.
Dave was very friendly and Curtis. He was very knowledgeable about all issues we had, and he addressed them. I would definitely use Dave with Orkin services again.
