I have been waiting for over six weeks since I requested the service, and nobody has come to my home yet. Really disappointing. If the team can come before my patience runs out and provides satisfactory service, I might revise my review accordingly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Orkin — Exceptional Service from Ryan! I want to give a huge shout-out to Orkin and especially our service technician, Ryan, for providing outstanding service. From the moment he arrived, Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to every detail. He took the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly inspected our home, and explained each step of the process in a way that made us feel confident and informed. What really stood out was Ryan’s patience and genuine care — he made sure our home was safe, answered every question, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone who not only does great work but also takes pride in making customers feel valued. If you’re thinking about choosing Orkin, I highly recommend asking for Ryan. His service was exceptional, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Thank you, Ryan, for your dedication and professionalism — you’ve earned our trust!

I spoke with Van and Jamie this morning for assistance with clothes moths. What an incredibly kind and understanding staff! I spoke with Van first. He patiently answered all my questions and scheduled a quick turnaround appointment. We are new customers, and I truly appreciate how I was treated already as a valued customer! Jamie was kind and professional as well and listed everything out for our new treatment plan. 💕

Andre was amazing! He was very thorough and kind to our dogs who are afraid of people. He even noticed that my husband had golf and UNC decor, so he left him a UNC golf ball! Orkin does a great job and their employees are very nice.
