Mr. Dennis T. From Orkin was the most outstanding representative for Orkin. He was extremely knowledgeable about his work, and spent time with us, reassuring us. His professionalism was incredible. He sat and took time with us, and accommodated our concerns. I would recommend Mr. Dennis T. To anyone who wants their problem solved. I felt as if we had a friend help us. He came almost immediately, resolving our real concern. The entire experience with Orkin was superb, with good communication from the main office. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Scheduled an appointment and gave them my credit card information and scheduled an appointment. I called them an hour after the 2-hour appointment window ended and I hadn’t heard anything. They were unable to tell me if a crew was even still out working let alone if my home would be serviced. They then told me it might be 2 days before I hear from them. If you’re looking for someone who is quick and reliable for pest management I highly recommend looking to anyone else.

Although Katie was an excellent customer service person, I didn't realize I was going to get a couple of mouse traps I could have gotten from the hardware store. A couple of holes filled (not all) no receipt, no email explaining anything that was done or future service. Although they had no problem taking my $188.00 dollars. Plus, a monthly charge.
