If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The fact that they would take money and not be able to refund even a partial part of the service when they DID NOT catch a single mouse is Absurd! You have to pay money upfront, with no guarantee that you even have mice... Worst experience I ever had. This was for my grandma and they didn't even want to hear any of my concerns. They just got their money and set up traps. That's it. You might as well set traps on your own at that point and save your $450! Absolutely do not recommend.

We restarted our Orkin service and absolutely love it. With the husband at work all day and me owning my own business it's been hard to keep up with the spraying. Highly recommend them!

Depending on which technician comes out, depends on how well they spray. Some are good and spray everywhere, others seem to speed along the process and we end up needing them to come out multiple times before we stop seeing bugs. This last time they came for a scheduled service, the guy quickly sprayed through the house, didn’t bother spraying the laundry room at all, and they were out of the sticky traps that they normally leave for us to replace throughout the house and garage. Outside he also seemed to go as quickly as possible. Two weeks have gone by and we’ve had brown recluses, earwigs, ants and scorpions inside and ants outside when normally, if they spray efficiently, we see a reduction or zero activity. We also have two decent sized wasp nests on our fence that most likely were already there when they sprayed. Another thing, they never take off their shoes, even when going on carpet. Starting to think we need to look elsewhere for pest control.

The office staff are professional and courteous. I appreciate the communication to help remind customers of appointments. The technicians are also friendly and knowledgeable and arrive on time.
