Highly recommend this place! Was recommended by our attorney who end up canceling us, so we were worried, not being represented and these are his auto shop people, but they ended up being the most professional out of everybody we had to deal with! Easy to talk to, they answer all questions and do amazing work. My wife was super concerned about owning money because of the holiday we had our rent a car way longer and that cost took away from the collision damage insurance cap, so they opened the books to show her the part list even took her to look at the car and explain what had and what was being done and gave her a rough estimate that was accurate. If your in accident don't take your car to where you're adjuster or attorney recommends, take it here you wont regret it.

Tausha greeted me with a warm, genuine smile—something two other repair shops failed to do, and that simple gesture made all the difference. The team’s communication was outstanding. They took the time to explain every detail of the repair process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, even for someone without automotive knowledge. Barry, in particular, was incredibly patient and informative, helping me distinguish between what truly needed attention and what didn’t… specifically when it came to my damaged bumper. I dropped my car off Monday morning around 9:00 AM and was amazed to receive a call by Wednesday at 11:00 AM letting me know the repairs were complete. The bumper replacement was flawless, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations, just like their customer service. Orlando Auto Body sets the gold standard for professionalism and care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. Extremely professional and courteous. Listen to my problem and worked with me. They fixed my car within a week and it was like new. They did spectacular job. Honest and trustworthy. Reasonable and fair in pricing. Look at my car before and after - absolutely wonderful job they did. I love it.

If you are looking for an auto body repair shop, look no further. I had an incredible experience here at Orlando Auto Body. I was nervous at first as I'm rather particular about my car, but man I am glad that I went to Orlando Auto Body as they do amazing work. The people here are also very kind and helpful, which makes interacting with them a joy. I'm confident in saying that my car has never looked better thanks to the team here!

After searching Reddit, Google Reviews, and Yelp for the best repair shops in Orlando I can confirm this is the best one! The staff is very kind and Barry is a genuine guy who values honesty and craftsmanship. He knew our budget and was able to help guide us with getting the essential repairs and did an excellent job! They ordered a new fender part which took 3 business days to get in and then the next day he fixed the car and had it looking great! They were also very flexible and did a lot of other things free of charge such as buff out the headlights and push in a dislodged fender on another vehicle. If you want a high quality job done at a fair price -> this is the place to go, I can not recommend highly enough! Thank you Barry and team!!
