This is hands-down the worst shop in Orlando. I went in for a wheel alignment and they completely failed to provide even the most basic standard of service. They refused to give me a wheel alignment sheet, which is required proof of the work performed. That is not only highly unprofessional, but also unethical and potentially illegal, as customers have the right to documentation for paid services. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no respect for customers or their obligations as a business. This is a clear case of negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of duty of care.

0 stars, we got there when they opened to get our tire switched out, we had the tire all they had to do was put it on the car, #1 nobody was there, they workers got there at 10 when they open at 9, #2 the lady in the office was very rude about the whole situation, when we weren't even talking to her we were talking to the worker that finally got to the shop after an hour, that worker told us we were able to change our oil right there while he did the tire change at the same time, and she came out spazzing and recording us for no reason, we got permission from another worker and on top of that she tried to over charge just out of pettiness like as if we were buying a new tire but that was not the case we brought our own tire and all they had to do was put the tire on the rim and back on the car, like cmon we've been going to this shop for at last 8 years probably longer and have never had an altercation like this, weve done the oil change ourselves there before and we told her that and she was still spazzing, we even brought a container to do the oil change in... they are just hiring people that don't know what they are doing at this point, that lady had absolutely no reason to come outside and start spazzing, she could have at least came out and asked us questions politely but no she went straight to spazzing on us im pretty sure she was just an office worker, because a manager would not act the way that she was acting.

Be very aware!!!! These are not the same owners. The business has been sold. The customer service is terrible and the techs are inexperienced. They were rude and disrespectful when my wife tried to ask a simple question. This place is not the same and sad to say it’s gone down!!!!! UPDATE!!! So after getting a tire from this place. My wife said she kept hearing a noise coming from the front end for a few days. We took it to the mechanic thinking it was a front end problem. It actually was them leaving the lug nuts loose.
