Orloff is our absolute one-stop-shop for jewelry in the Central Valley! They have the biggest and highest quality selection of jewelry around, especially David Yurman (our favorite). They also have a great selection of high-end watches and even a group of pre-owned ones. My husband and I have lots of items on our Orloff “Wish List.” We have been their loyal client for years! The most amazing part of the Orloff Experience is their customer service, which is the absolute BEST! Our personal Orloff jeweler is Martin Oftedal, whom we not only respect as our jewelry consultant, but we also consider him a friend. He is always on the lookout for nice pieces for us, and has taken the time to understand our likes and price ranges for watches and jewelry. He is super knowledgeable about all things jewelry and reaches out personally if an item arrives in the stores that he thinks may be of interest to us. And, he’s always right! I just received a David Yurman cross necklace for Christmas from my husband, which Martin recommended. I LOVE it!! He is elegant, classy, and makes us feel cared for and valued. Finally, Orloff has great and classy events—from trunk shows, to breakfasts, to VIP night out, and special holiday events! We also like the fact that they always offer bottled water while you are shopping. We cannot say enough about our relationship with Martin and Orloff Jewelers. Max has also been very kind to us and we appreciate that. The absolute BEST jewelry store around!

What a great experience. We decided to upgrade my wedding ring for our 46th anniversary. We were greeted with smiles and hellos from the sales people, but Ronda was our person. She was very friendly and helpful. Offering suggestions and showing us how the ring would look with certain stones, etc. I made my choice and the ring is beautiful. We will be back! Thank you Ronda!

Orloff Jewelers exceeded all of my expectations. I originally was looking at surprising my wife with an updated wedding ring by replacing a diamond had been knocked off and lost. I had started at another unnamed jeweler from hanford where I was located. After they dropped the ball by under promising and under delivering. My friend had recommended this jeweler where he bought his rings from. The moment I walked through the door I was kindly greeted by Rhonda and Sunny, they offered something to drink and I explained my situation. Quickly, they were able to find me what I wanted, sourced the perfect diamond at a fraction of what the hanford jeweler was going to charge me. Orloff took really great care of the rings, brought my wife's rings back to life and I was able to surprise her. She was speechless and in awe. Thank you Orloff! You've made this experience been the best! Highly recommend.

I worked with Max. He’s fantastic and I highly recommend working with him. He was very informative on the type of watch I wanted. He stayed in regular contact to let me know what he found and when I should expect it to be delivered. He got me the exact watch I had been looking for. The other great thing about Max is he kept following up with me after the purchase. Thx Max.

The time has come for me to share my experiences with you about Orloff Jewelers. I have been in a relationship with this business for many years. I love the consistency in how you are treated every time you walk in the business. You are always greeted with a smile, how can we help, small talk, and a bottle of water if you should desire. Every team member is consistent every time I have visited over the past 10 years. I have had jewelry cleaning for my David Yurman necklace thanks to Melodie. I get a text reminder every 6 months! I have had jewelry repairs done efficiently and timely. My latest experience is amazing !!! I went in to get a cleaning, Melodie was not there and I was just hanging out while they cleaned my necklace. Rhonda was chatting with me about what I was up to. We were having a great conversation and then I asked if she thought they might have a matching wedding band for my wedding ring. I had not been able to find one that matched. Guess what ??? You’re right… Rhonda found a match! I couldn’t be happier. It was my 5 year wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with the matching ring! I am complete ! I have a great relationship with the team at Orloff. I never feel put off or put to the side. Always welcome by the entire team at Orloff! Sometimes, it is not the least expensive that gets your attention…it is how they make you feel!!! And I feel like I am walking on sunshine !!! Thank you team Orloff!
