At first I was a little nervous Took my Diamond earring to have it fix $25 as she quoted me to have my backing soldered excellent customer service very fast just wanted to say thank you…..
My engagement ring kept catching on my clothes so I asked for the culprit clasp to be smoothed so that it wouldn't continue to snag my clothes. It didn't cost much but a month later my 2ct diamond fell out and I wasn't able to find it...my $6000 ring is ruined and don't have the means to replace the diamond
Do not take your gold here to be sold. I went in one day to sell my 14k gold necklace and was told I had to come back when the owner was there, the following Monday. I asked for an estimate and was told $150. I then went back Mon to see the owner and was told she would give me $80. I told her about the estimate and she told me I was lying. She said, "Oh no, I have to talk with her(the girl who told me $150)". Just so that I am not exaggerating, the necklace was 2.44grams of 14k gold, which the next day I was given $145 for at a place on Flamingo and Jones. Go there, instead of being treated like a liar and taken advantage of. I apologize to the first girl, I wish I had asked for her name, who gave a fair price. She should be given authorization to be able to make deals, as she is more of a benefit to the company than the owner is. My wife and mother go there all the time to have their jewelry repaired as it is one of the only places that does in-house repairs, but not any longer. Will be finding a new store.

Detail oriented, trust worthy. I got the same day service, as they get busier I am sure there will be a wait. This is now my go to place. They are new, open a few weeks. come and see Valentina and Manuel they did an amazing job in re sizing my grandmothers ring that I inherited. I was skeptical since there were no real reviews but I took the chance. I also got my ring appraised and the shine form the cleaning is magnificent. They also have a location in Boulder city. Great to have them in north Las Vegas.
