Above and beyond customer service. I had an emergency with my tire not filling with air when it was dangerously low. I had been to a few gas stations to refill it, which was not successful. It was Sunday, the sun was setting, and all tire shops had closed already. Ortiz tires cleaned off my tire, checked the tire valve, and used a high pressure machine to fill the tire. This means I did not have to call out of work in the morning in order to get my issue fixed. Thank you again! I will be calling on my work break tomorrow to leave a tip or stopping by to leave a cash tip if the shop will allow this. Good people with good hearts are employed here and I am happy to come back again for services.

These guys are moat legit place around i wish I could give them more stars for the work they did on my truck my wheel feel off and needed a new rim and new studs. I got the studs and even after the tow truck said they couldn't tow the truck .1 miles to the shop they stayed till 10pm to walk over and fix everything. At a big place im looking at $1000 at least and they did it for way cheaper I gave the guys an extra 100 just for the customer service alone they are true business and I won't be going back to anybody else for my tires anymore.
