Delicious! I finally got to try this place out after hearing the rave reviews. It was definitely worth the hype! The employees were very friendly, the food was made from scratch with love, and the decor is the cutest! I’ll definitely be coming again.

The superior lunch option in the area. Delicious, fresh, authentic katsu with all of the fixings you're looking for at competitive pricing (by downtown standards), this has become one of my staple lunch restaurants for otherwise dreary in-office days. If you have any love for Japanese cuisine, don't miss out on Osaka Ton Katsu. (and bonus for compostable to-go packaging!)

Accidentally found Tonkatsu Restaurant here in Columbus. Pictures looked good as real Japanese restaurant served food so stopped in to get it…was good choice and enjoyed meal. Note restaurant seems like small but it serves like Japanese style. Good service and large portion of food! 🍱

A small place right off the main street. Almost deli sized, just a few indoor seats and two outdoor tables. Reasonable priced around $15 for curry, rice, and generous amounts of pork or chicken cutlets. Surprise inclusion of pickled something, maybe umeboshi. The meat was breaded and fried just right. Rice was nice and sticky. Only word of caution is that this is very sweet curry compared to most places I've been.

Ordered the tenderloin pork tonkatsu teishoku. It was so delicious—crunchy on the outside and goodness on the inside. The owner recommended to dine in to maximize the experience, but take out was just as amazing. The portion was generous and the house special tonkatsu was tasty. Definitely recommend Osaka Ton Katsu if you’re in the Columbus area and looking for some japanese food. The best tonkatsu and onigiri in town for sure!
