I have been very pleased with the service from Oscar Ip & Co. In my experience, they are one of the few firms that consistently reply to emails quickly, which makes a big difference when dealing with time-sensitive matters. Charles has been great to work with - he's professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things properly. No question is too small and he has always been happy to help. It's clear that he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients. Olivia has also been very helpful.
