I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and even arrived about five minutes early. However, I wasn’t seated until around 11:30, and the service didn’t begin until approximately 11:45. I made sure to book ahead specifically to avoid this kind of delay. Additionally, I requested a very simple color (similar to a “sharpie” look), but instead I received a different design that I did not ask for. On top of that, I was charged nearly $90, which I feel is excessive for the service received Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the wait time, the result, and the cost!!

Lisa was absolutely amazing!!! I will be returning and so glad I found my nail home away from home. 45 min drive that’s worth it! And also she did my nails exactly how I wanted
