Please do not trust OTS. I was informed I would need to leave the country and return to Australia, leaving my two young children in the UK for 2 months, in order to apply for a new spousal visa. Even though I have a valid visa that expires in 2027! I was informed the wrong information putting our family through a lot of stress and sadness figuring out how we are going to manage this where my husband works very long hours and a huge expense of flights, accommodation and a new visa. My children were very upset, as were we. I only found out that this was all inaccurate as customs checked my visa upon my return to London and they informed me that my visa is VALID and I am able to use this current visa and the next steps would be to apply for EU Settlement. We were shocked and completely mislead throughout the past 4 months by OTS. WE paid £1,700 for their help however it was complete nightmare. We took this matter up with the managers at OTS whom unfortunatley didnt admit to their mistake however refunded us the FULL amount! We wasted 4/5 months providing personal details and trusting them whole heartedly. We are now working with a more professional immigration lawyer whom have helped us apply for the EU Settlement, where I do not need to leave the country. Please do not use OTS as your immigration lawyers, they are only after your money! I was even sent via email pasted information from the GOV website during the time I worked with them , information I had already read myself, which is available for the public to view. They only have the capability to do surface level law, and are very happy to take your money without hesitation. I would give a 0/5 stairs if I have the ability too.

We’ve been with OTS solicitors for 3 years, I had a strong case however we were rejected with my first lawyer but as soon as faaizah took my case in less than 3 months we managed to get it sorted.
