We were on this boat on Saturday night for the 80’s dance party Very little seating, no windows in centre section of both decks, out door at front and back of boat were standing only and the smoking area Stood in line for 30 min to get a drink Staff was friendly and accommodating But we won’t be sailing with them again

Courteous, professional personnel all the way. Boat was clean with lots of room to move around. Guided tour in both languages was very interesting and well done. Refreshments available. Washrooms on board. Decent price. I'll take it again. 🤨🤨🤨

Ottawa - May Long Weekend Booked this cruise online on the Ekeau Website - very easy to do. They offer 2 types of tickets - premium and regular - premium gives you first pick of the seats and costs a few dollars more - we booked premium. This is an electric boat - very quiet and a very smooth ride - mind you, there is not real disruptions on the Rideau Canal. The ticket taker scanned our tickets - easy to save in Google Wallet for scanning - and lined everyone up politely and neatly. He was very professional and courteous. They had our names in their Scanner and new how many were in our party. Once the boat was prepped for boarding, they boarded the few premium people first and then the rest. The Tour Guide was a bilingual young man who was very entertaining and funny - always calling out to people on the shore for everyone to wave. He was very informative and answered questions. Unfortunately, the foliage on the shore did block views of some things - but that is nature. The boat ride was awesome. He did mention at first that the "bar" was open, but the seats were very close together and getting out of them was not very easy to do - so, no one approached the bar until the return trip (once the boat turned around). On the return trip, the Tour Guide went around the boat answering questions to ensure everyone had equal opportunity to ask questions and talk to him. Boat - very clean and smooth ride. 5/5 Staff - very courteous and professional 5/5 Tour Guide - funny, easy going, articulate in both languages, receptive to feedback and always offering to answer questions 5/5 Overall Trip - 5/5 Not very expensive - I recommend it!!

Pleasant cruise. Weather was nice and the guide was cute and very informative. Not difficult to find the departure point although some more signage would help
