Very professional. The owner is so friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is to be happy, specially when Moe arrives. Party! Like the guy was gone for a few years :-) I'm adding a picture of my tattoo. Very simple tattoo (my two year old grandson's name), but still, made with great care.

First of all THE PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Such good prices! It was my first time visiting Ottawa Ink & had such a great experience. I would like to start off with the owner being so kind & an absolute gem. Yuvi was the one who pierced me and was super welcoming kind and took his time with the piercing I chose. Staff is clean and everything is clean and sterilized. Yuvi wasn't rushed , took his time and walked me through all the aftercare with patience and care unlike some other piercers who seem to just pierce you and get the job done and want you to leave :p .. I wish I went to this location instead of the downtown locations hands down excellent service All the staff was excellent in communication and welcomed me with welcoming hands! They didnt seem annoyed when I asked questions (i am someone who asks alot of questions lol oops) I will definitely be going back and already recommended it to my sis and will recommended this shop to friends / future friends.🥺 WORTH THE VISIT you guys won't regret it. Thanks for being so awesome ✨️💛!

Fantastic service. We had a semi-emergency with a nose piercing caught on a nose-trimmer. 🫣 Herbie and his piercer gave us great customer service and had us freed and ready to go in minutes! Wonderful guys. Highly recommend.

Picture 1: what was shown. Picture 2: what was done. Was still charged extra for the red heart even though the owner knew I wasn’t happy with it. They said they will ‘fix’ it by adding to it but nobody ever reached out (I wouldn’t have gone back anyways). What was supposed to be a cute little heart turned out be so ugly. Such a sore sight for my eyes. Also, Why is it the customer’s responsibility to reach out and ask for help for the mistake that your employee did? Paying $900 for laser removal now and because it is red it wont come off completely. So Thanks. Will not recommend this place to anybody.
